Sched Introduced Support For Ssim Elements Dei3 Dei4 And Dei5
SSIM elements DEI3, DEI4, DEI5
A new SSIM configuration section has been introduced in the Fleet tab, allowing users to define message parameters for SSIM, ASM, and SSM. The previously available PRBD and Configuration/Version fields, which were located under the “Sales” tab in the aircraft profile, have also been moved here for easier access.
Configuration:
By clicking the gear icon, users can open the configuration window and fill in the following newly supported fields:
DEI3 – Aircraft Owner Enter the code of the legal owner of the aircraft, as required by the SSIM DEI3 standard.
DEI4 – Cockpit Crew Employer Specify the operator code of the company employing the cockpit crew.
DEI5 – Cabin Crew Employer Specify the operator code of the company employing the cabin crew.
These fields are mandatory for applicable aircraft but should not be filled for virtual aircraft, as they are not required in such cases.
All these fields are now fully supported during the generation and transmission of SSIM, ASM, and SSM messages in accordance with the official SSIM documentation.
