Wingman AI
Wingman is a configurable AI assistant in the Leon system, with availability and scope controlled by the administrator. It allows selected users to utilize AI chat support while ensuring data security and transparency regarding the terms of use. This functionality is available as a popup or chat window within the user interface.

Activation and Configuration:
Wingman Chat can be enabled from the Leon Admin panel in the General Settings section. In order to activate it, open the Wingman AI module and click on the status in the “Active” column.
Access to the chat is restricted to selected permission groups, which the administrator chooses during configuration.
Enabling the chat requires user acceptance of the following terms:
The chat uses the OpenAI LLM model.
The chat may access operator data in the system, according to the user’s permissions.
Information exchanged is not used for AI model training.
Messages are sent to OpenAI but are not stored or used for further training.
There is a free monthly token limit per operator (3 million tokens); additional usage may be subject to charges.
Once activated, a Wingman AI appears in the settings:
Once enabled, Wingman Chat is available to members of the selected groups, providing AI assistance based on available data and features. Previous conversations can be accessed via the chat‑history icon in the top‑left corner.
With appropriate admin permissions, Wingman chat configuration will also be possible via the GraphQL API.
