Requests Quotes Indication Of The Final Price Change Introduced

Indication of the final price change

Indication of the final price change is introduced.

The indication applies when the final price is amended after sending the quote to the Client (status ‘QUOTE’) or after booking the request (status ‘BOOK’).

There are three possible scenarios:

1. Price remains unchanged - no indication

2. Price increased - indicated by the red arrow. Hovering the mouse over the arrow displays the value by which the price was increased.

3. Price reduced - indicated by the green arrow. Hovering the mouse over the arrow displays the value by which the price was reduced.

Leon checks the price change in two stages:

  • Quoted - the final price change is checked against the offered price (price quoted).

  • Booked - once the trip is booked, the final price is checked against the booked price (booked price).

Additionally, the following columns are added to the scope ‘Quote’:

  • Quote price when quoted - indicates quoted price.

  • Quote price when booked - indicates booked price.
