Grace Period

It is possible to define Grace Period when setting up a certificate.

When adding/editing a certificate, it is possible to select Validity time checking based on Months and grace.

Once it‘s selected, Leon will show such a certificate as valid, as long as the ’Grace Period’ is within 1 month after the expiry date of the certificate.

EXAMPLE

Certificate TEST CERT has expired on 30 NOV 2025 - the Grace Period is until 30 DEC 2025:

When assigning crew to the flight, Leon treats such a certificate as valid, showing just a caution (expiry date in orange colour):
