Below Leon shows quote details, such as:

  • Aircraft registration number

  • Quote price

  • Date and route

  • PAX number

If there are multiple quotes and the user scrolls down to check details, the buttons Change status, Messages and Add quote are folded to save space.

Tapping the quote’s date or route opens the schedule page, where you can change:

  • ADEP and ADES

  • Date

  • Departure and arrival times

  • Block and flight time

  • PAX number

Quote price

Tapping the quote price opens a page with aircraft and airport fees (previously defined in Leon in Sales > Fees).

Each fee can be edited and changed, which updates the total quote price.

It is also possible to delete a particular leg of the quote’s route by tapping the delete icon. Deleting the entire quote is not possible from the mobile app.

To change the quote status:

  • Tap the Change status button – a new window appears where you can select the new status of the quote, or

  • Tap the quote status on the blue bar – the same window appears.

Messages

Tap the Messages button to open the communication window.

In the Email to client panel you can select an Email template (configured in Settings > Email Templates > Sales Panel Message).

  • The To field shows the client’s email address or their representative’s.

  • The From, Reply to, Subject and Message fields are pre-filled with predefined values from the template.

Once the email has been sent out, it appears in the app and is delivered to the client.

Internal messages

The Internal messages panel allows sending internal messages.

  • Type a message in the text field and tap SEND.

  • The message appears on the client’s side.

  • When the client replies, the reply appears in the app.

It is also possible to send a message as a requester.
