Mobile app for fast and smooth management of your BizAv sales. Available for iOS and Android, fully integrated with Leon.
Introduction
Leon Sales mobile application has been created for smooth and fast management of your BizAv sales. It allows you to create, review and update quotes directly from your mobile device.

The app is available for free for iOS and Android users.
In the App Store / Google Play type
Leon Salesin the search box and install the application.
Access & login
To use the Sales app, a user must be given access in Leon Privileges panel.
Login credentials are the same as for the web version of Leon.
Adding a quote
To add a new quote:
Tap the New request icon.
Fill in the upper part of the page with request details.
Fill in the lower part of the page with itinerary details, including PAX number.
Save the quote – it appears on top of the list with the selected status and the client’s name in bold. The name becomes regular once the quote is edited/read or its status is changed.

Itinerary details

Editing a quote
After logging in, you see a list of quotes. Each quote shows:
Client’s name and surname
Quote status
Itinerary details: date, route and PAX number
Tapping the upper part of the tile shows departure and arrival LT times (with UTC time difference) and airport names.
Tapping the lower part of the tile opens the quote details page with more information, such as the client’s representative (if selected when adding a quote) and assignee details.
Changing Requester, Representative and Assignee
You can assign or change Requester, Representative and Assignee from the quote editing section.
Tap the corresponding header or icon.
In the pop-up window start typing at least 3 letters of the new Requester/Representative/Assignee.
Select the name from the list and press SAVE.
You can change these values at any time by tapping the same icon again.
Below Leon shows quote details, such as:
Aircraft registration number
Quote price
Date and route
PAX number
If there are multiple quotes and the user scrolls down to check details, the buttons Change status, Messages and Add quote are folded to save space.
Tapping the quote’s date or route opens the schedule page, where you can change:
ADEP and ADES
Date
Departure and arrival times
Block and flight time
PAX number
Quote price
Tapping the quote price opens a page with aircraft and airport fees (previously defined in Leon in Sales > Fees).
Each fee can be edited and changed, which updates the total quote price.
It is also possible to delete a particular leg of the quote’s route by tapping the delete icon. Deleting the entire quote is not possible from the mobile app.
To change the quote status:
Tap the Change status button – a new window appears where you can select the new status of the quote, or
Tap the quote status on the blue bar – the same window appears.
Messages
Email to client
Tap the Messages button to open the communication window.
In the Email to client panel you can select an Email template (configured in Settings > Email Templates > Sales Panel Message).
The To field shows the client’s email address or their representative’s.
The From, Reply to, Subject and Message fields are pre-filled with predefined values from the template.
Once the email has been sent out, it appears in the app and is delivered to the client.
Internal messages
The Internal messages panel allows sending internal messages.
Type a message in the text field and tap SEND.
The message appears on the client’s side.
When the client replies, the reply appears in the app.
It is also possible to send a message as a requester.
