Changes to Roster Robustness report

We have introduced 3 major changes to this report:

5 minutes is the time frame for Duty updates to be included in the report. If changes of duty are made within less than 5 minutes they will not be included in the report.
hovering the mouse over a number in the report displays a pop-up window with the details of the changes made.
it is possible now to export this report to an Excel file.
