Report Apis Data

APIS Data

Due to the fact that lots of destinations require Crew APIS data, we have made available a simple report (section Reports > Crew) containing crew details such as:

Report 'APIS Data' - crew main details available to be sent to authorities

 

  • First name, Middle name & Surname

  • Gender

  • Date of birth

  • Nationality

  • Travel document type

  • Travel document number

  • Country of issue

  • Date of expiry

All the above details must be inserted into crew profiles to be correctly displayed in this report. A link to export this report to Excel is available in top-left corner of the screen.

In the filter you can insert crew codes to narrow down the list of crew and also filter by a Position type, plus it’s possible to by crew Labels (if previously defined in Phonebook > Labels) and display deleted users.
