Contact Category Definitions for Phonebook Management

Contact category definitions' function is located in the Admin Panel > General Settings > ‘Phonebook’ tab

It allows creating different categories, which can then be used in the Phonebook and assigned to a Contact.

To create a category, simply click on the ‘Add category’ button and insert the category name.

Marking the ‘Is client' will indicate whether the Contact is also a Client.

allows deleting the existing Contact category.

 

Once the Category list is created, It can be selected in the Contact profile > ‘DETAILS’ tab.

If the category with the ‘Is client’ mark is selected in the Contact profile, this contact will automatically be set as a ‘Client’ in the 'BASIC’ tab.

It is only possible to select one category within each Contact profile.
