  • Auto

    • Report On = STD. If the actual flight date or time differs from the planned one, update Report On manually.

    • Report Off = STA. It updates automatically once BLOFF is entered in the Journey Log.

  • Manual

    • Allows manual adjustment of Report On time/date and Report off time.

    • Save changes using the save icon.

- The flight details includes now the Flight number.

- Information about FDP Extension status is now displayed below the Report Off time.

Impact on calendars

  • The Report On date determines on which day the activity is shown in MySchedule and Schedule.

  • Changing the Report On date can move the activity to a different calendar day.

Best practices

  • Start with Auto values; switch to Manual only when the actual operation differs from the plan (e.g. shifted departure, change of operating day).

  • After changes, check the legality indicators (green ticks/red crosses) under the regulations list.

  • Ensure manual changes reflect real operational times to avoid unnecessary FTL violations.
