Scope - Users

Overview

The Users scope covers Leon user account data within an operator's Leon instance. Each record represents a single user — a person who has been granted access to the system — along with their profile details, assigned role, office location, homebase, and access permissions.

Operators use this scope to audit user access, verify role assignments, review crew profile completeness, and produce internal compliance reports on who has access to the system and at what permission level. It is particularly useful for periodic access reviews, onboarding/offboarding audits, and ensuring that homebase and office assignments are kept up to date.

What reports can you build with this scope?

Examples of typical reports operators build with this scope:

User access audit — lists all active users with their permission group and allowed AOC, used for periodic security and compliance reviews.
Crew profile completeness check — identifies users missing key profile fields such as nationality, date of birth, or homebase, to support HR data quality processes.
Homebase distribution report — shows how users are distributed across homebases and offices, useful for workforce planning and base management.
Label-based crew roster export — filters users by crew labels (e.g. a specific fleet or qualification group) to produce a targeted staff list.
Permission group summary — lists users grouped by their permission group, providing an overview of role distribution within the operator's Leon account.

Allowed AOC	`allowed_aoc`	The Air Operator Certificate(s) the user is permitted to operate under.
Positions	`positions`	The specific crew positions assigned to the user (e.g. Captain, First Officer, Cabin Crew).

Available filters

Filters let you narrow down the data to the specific subset you need — by operator, permission group, homebase, office, activity status, and more.

Permission group	Limits the report to users assigned to the selected permission group(s).
Homebase	Filters users by their assigned homebase airport.
Office	Limits the report to users assigned to the selected office location(s).
Show active users only	When enabled, restricts the report to currently active user accounts only.
Show users by labels	Filters users by one or more assigned crew labels.
Allowed AOC	Filters users by the Air Operator Certificate(s) they are permitted to operate under.
