Schedule Revision Reason added to OPS Checklist
Schedule Revision Reason in OPS Checklist
A new checklist item called Schedule Revision Reason is now available in the OPS Checklist and can be added in the section Admin > Checklist Configuration.
This item allows OPS teams to record the reason for any schedule change directly in the checklist — before the flight takes place. It is designed for situations where a schedule revision happens prior to departure and needs to be formally documented as part of the flight preparation process.
How it works
The Schedule Revision Reason item appears in the OPS Checklist per leg. When the item is expanded, a dropdown selector becomes available, allowing the user to select the applicable reason from a predefined list.
The selected reason is also visible in the tooltip on the OPS view and is accessible in the Crew App (read-only — the value can be viewed on mobile but cannot be changed from the app).
The selected value is also available as a field in the Report Wizard (scope: Flight), making it possible to include Schedule Revision Reason in custom reports.
