Bulk FTL Sheet Generation

It is now possible to generate FTL Sheets for multiple crew members at once using Leon's bulk generation feature. This significantly reduces the workload for planners who need to process large crew groups, as all sheets are generated and distributed in a single operation rather than one by one.

How it works:

  1. Go to Reports > FTL Sheet

  2. Set the desired timeframe for the report

  3. Click the Generate PDF for multiple crew members link in the filter panel

  4. In the Generate PDF window:

    • Enter one or more recipient email addresses in the Recipients field (multiple addresses can be separated by commas)

    • Select the crew members for whom you want to generate the report

  5. Press SEND

  6. A confirmation message will appear informing you that the report is being generated and will be sent to the specified email addresses. Depending on the number of crew members selected, this may take several minutes. Press OK to confirm.

  7. The generated PDF files with FTL Sheet Reports for all selected crew are available in the INBOX

Note: The bulk generation is handled asynchronously in the background. The time required to complete the process scales with the number of crew members selected — for large groups, please allow a few minutes before checking the INBOX.
